The secret to the success of China's stainless steel cable industry in the past decade lies in the four-dimensional collaborative breakthrough of 'material revolution, process improvement, standard leadership, and high-end application'. Qingtuo and Yongtong Special Steel have respectively developed a new steel grade of 600MPa high-strength and corrosion-resistant austenitic steel and a new steel grade of S600E with martensite, which has a corrosion resistance 150 times that of carbon steel, promoting stainless steel from 'anti-corrosion material' to 'structural load-bearing material'. Precision processes such as laser cutting, CNC bending, and laser welding have been widely popularized, and Dingzuan Steel Industry has innovated fusion quenching and technological wood grain surface treatment to achieve dual upgrades in performance and aesthetics; Through intelligent transformation, enterprises in Wudi and other places have increased production efficiency by more than 30%. New national standards such as GB/T 25821-2023 and GB/T 14975-2025 will be fully implemented in 2026, unifying technical specifications for steel strands, seamless pipes, etc. The industry will shift from 'following standards' to 'developing standards'. The S600E steel cable has been successfully applied to the Hong Kong Zhuhai Macao Bridge, the South China Sea deep-sea platform, offshore wind power towers, and key components of nuclear power. The cable curtain wall technology has achieved a 54 meter ultra high span lightweight structure in the Dishui Lake building complex, supporting 'China Construction' to go global. By 2025, the net export of stainless steel will reach 3.51 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 11.9%. The products are exported to Europe, America, and Southeast Asia, and have won recognition in the international high-end market for their high reliability.
