ZHTUO.Founded in 2006, ZHTUO is a technology company specializing in the independent research, development, design, production, and sales of advanced current and voltage transformers, as well as transformers featuring deep integration of primary and secondary circuits. Located in the Yueqing Economic Development Zone, the company possesses over 100 sets of transformer production equipment and has obtained numerous proprietary intellectual property rights and national certifications. With an annual production capacity of over 500,000 transformers rated at 10 kV and above, it is one of the leading manufacturers of smart transformers in China. The company’s independently developed primary-secondary integrated pole-mounted sensor, serving as the core component of the ZW32 smart circuit breaker, along with the配套 power supply electronic sensors and FTU complete sets of equipment, was put into operation in Anhui Province at the end of 2018. The product has demonstrated excellent operational performance, stable performance, and precise collection and transmission of electrical parameters. This product has become the preferred solution for State Grid’s primary-secondary integrated pole-mounted switches and has garnered significant attention from users. In 2019, the company invested 15 million yuan in comprehensive technological upgrades, modernization, and equipment renovation. It introduced a static injection molding system from a German company and acquired a complete testing system for integrated primary-secondary pole-mounted switchgear, significantly enhancing testing capabilities for both electromagnetic and electronic current transformers. This initiative not only met the power grid’s specialized testing requirements for complete sets of equipment but also provided robust support for the company’s new product R&D and production. It accelerated the development and validation of new products, enhanced the company’s independent type testing capabilities, and enabled the full realization of standardized, large-scale production. Major products include: composite sensors, current transformers, voltage sensors, voltage transformers, and zero-sequence transformers.
